Robert Giarraffa
Portfolio Manager
Robert Giarraffa attended St. John’s University in Queens, NY, graduating in 1968 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Chemistry. He began his career in the pharmaceutical industry, where he worked for 15 years. Bob was concurrently a member of the Army National Guard, from 1969 to 1976. He went on to attend Fairleigh Dickinson University, graduating in 1976 with an MBA in Finance.
Robert Giarraffa

Robert Giarraffa attended St. John’s University in Queens, NY, graduating in 1968 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Chemistry. Bob began his career in the financial industry as a Financial Advisor in 1978. In 1982, he went on to found what is now known as New Horizons Wealth Management and is an OSJ Principal with TFS Securities, Inc. in Lincroft, NJ. He created Backdoor BudgetingSM in 1993, a Federally Registered method used to analyze cash flow. Bob currently maintains his FINRA Series 1, 7, 24, 63, and 66 registrations.
Bob’s portfolio manager experience extends back to 1996 and has been the Lead Portfolio Manager for the Buy/Hold Plus models since their inception in 2006. Bob’s responsibilities include fund selection reviews, allocation analysis, portfolio model development, correlation assessment, and anything additionally related to the ongoing management of the investment portfolios.
Bob sponsors and plays on the New Horizons Wealth Management LLC softball team having done so since 1997. Bob enjoys traveling and is an advocate of complementary medicine. In his hometown, he was a member of the Randolph Open Space Committee from 1999 to 2007 and is a member of the Randolph Chamber of Commerce. He enjoys playing ping-pong and pool, as well as designing Microsoft Excel programs and reading non-fiction books. He recently reintroduced himself with the guitar, began woodworking, writing and even accomplished an important personal goal of his, publishing his autobiography, A Blessed and Guided Life.

Joe graduated from The College of New Jersey where he obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Finance and graduated with honors. He has worked for New Horizons Wealth Management LLC as a Financial Advisor since 2008, working with clients to develop plans and reach their goals. Joe graduated from The College of New Jersey where he obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Finance and graduated with honors. He has worked for New Horizons Wealth Management LLC as a Financial Advisor since 2008, working with clients to develop plans and reach their goals. Joe currently holds Series 7, 24, and 66 Securities Licenses as well as a CFP and CFS designations. He also has Life, Health, and Long-Term Care Insurance licenses.
One of his proudest achievements is launching the Enjoy More 30s: Family Finance Podcast in 2021, which aims to help young families with financial topics that often go untaught in schools.
His wife, Lauren, taught at Radcliffe Elementary School in Nutley, NJ. She now works from home as a Lead Social Media Marketer, so as to be able to be there for their young children, Avery and Noah. They reside in the Packanack Lake Community of Wayne, NJ.
In his spare time, Joe enjoys traveling with Lauren, playing soccer, woodworking, home improvement projects, any outside exercise activity, and reading classic fiction and non-fiction books.

Tara graduated from the University of Delaware in 2001 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in both Consumer Economics and Italian. She currently holds her Series 7 and 66 Securities licenses and her Life, Health, and Long-Term Care Insurance Producer license.

Tara graduated from the University of Delaware in 2001 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in both Consumer Economics and Italian. She currently holds her Series 7 and 66 Securities licenses and her Life, Health, and Long-Term Care Insurance Producer license.
Tara has experience in both the operational and marketing components of the Buy/Hold Plus program, previously working for three years on the operational side. During this time she was the Director of Operations handling the day to day, as well as led two major conversions of custodians and portfolio management systems.
Her wide-ranging experience has provided her with a thorough understanding of the program from multiple angles, allowing her to provide valuable insight to investment advisor representatives and their team members. In addition to internal wholesaler responsibilities, Tara heads up the development, updating, and maintenance of all marketing resources and is the liaison for our independent auditors and vendors.
Tara spent time abroad in Siena, Italy studying art, architecture, and the Italian language. She is a licensed Zumba instructor although mom duties have put teaching classes on the back burner for now. She began learning how to play the ukelele and one of her goals is to learn how to play the accordian, a skill mastered by her late grandfather. She enjoys knitting, crocheting, painting, traveling with her foodie husband, Pasquale and spending quality time making memories with their son, Cesare “Chez” and daughter, Siena. They currently live in Madison, NJ.

Tom Hyland was raised in Hazlet, NJ, graduating from Raritan High School with High Honors in 1982. Tom attended Rutgers University in New Brunswick, NJ on a full academic scholarship, graduating Cum Laude in May 1986 with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Communications and English. Upon graduation, Tom began his 26-year career in the financial services industry as a Senior Fixed Income Specialist with McLaughlin, Piven, Vogel, Inc. on Wall Street, later rising to the position of Vice President. Tom left the firm in early 1987 to launch his own independent Wealth Management practice, which he has maintained for a select number of clients for the past 25 years, focusing on retirement planning for the emerging affluent.

Later, in 1987, Tom joined Tomorrow’s Financial Services, Inc., now located in Lincroft, NJ, and was instrumental in the formation of its subsidiary broker-dealer, TFS Securities, Inc. In 1989, he formed TFS Mortgage Corporation, a Correspondent Residential Mortgage Lender licensed in New Jersey, New York, and Florida. In 1990, TFS Insurance Agency, Inc. was formed to further expand the insurance business at TFS. In 1995, he started TFS Income Tax Preparation Services, Inc. to further expand the services of TFS. In 1997, Tom spearheaded the firms move into the asset management business with the creation of the Investment Advisory firm now known as TFS Advisory Services. He has served as President of each of these subsidiary companies since their formation and has served as the President and Chief Marketing Officer for the parent company, Tomorrow’s Financial Services, Inc. since January of 1990.
During his tenure, Tom has been integral in TFS emergence as a leading full-service wealth management and consulting firm, currently managing over 100,000 clients, serviced by 300 independent advisors nationwide. Over the years, he has directly or indirectly recruited, trained, managed and supervised over 500 independent financial advisors. Tom assists in the supervision of a 30 person staff that ensures the smooth running of back-office operations. He is primarily responsible for new product development, developing strategic alliances, marketing, advertising, firm-level recruitment, products, sales and technical training. Under his direction, the TFS sales force has grown 1000%, while production has increased 2500%.
Tom holds the Series 7, 63, 24, 27, 65, 53, 79 & 99 Securities Licenses. He holds insurance producer licenses for Life, Health, Property & Casualty and Annuities in NJ and at least 30 other states. He also holds the Mortgage Banker, Secondary Mortgage Banker, and Mortgage Originator licenses in NJ, NY and FL. Tom has appeared as an expert witness in numerous legal cases involving the financial services industry and is a frequent keynote speaker. He joined the Financial Planning Association in 1989 and has been recognized in Who’s Who in the East, Who’s Who in America, and Who’s Who in Finance and Business. Tom has been a member of the Better Business Bureau, Chamber of Commerce, and Kiwanis Club. He sat on the Executive Board of the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation and remains an active member of numerous charitable foundations.
For over 25 years, Tom has remained extremely active in competitive youth sports, acting as a Coach, Commissioner, Vice President and Trustee for the Holmdel Youth Activities Association. He was also a coach for Holmdel Pop Warner Football and served as the Interim Head Coach for the Holmdel High School Football Team in 2005. Tom was General Manager of Holmdel American Legion Baseball and was the founder of the Holmdel High School Diamond Club. He has served as Vice Chairman of the Holmdel Township Recreation Advisory Council and as the Volunteer President of the Holmdel High School Football and Cheerleading Parents Association.
Tom is also a member of the Holmdel High School Booster Club, Wagner College Touchdown Club and the Chestnut Hill College Athletic Club. While most of Tom’s leisure time has been happily devoted to coaching or watching his sons’ sporting events over the years, he also enjoys classic cars, reading and playing the drums.

Jennette joined Tomorrow’s Financial Services, Inc. in 2000 and serves as Vice President and Chief Compliance Officer for TFS Securities, Inc. In this capacity, Jennette is responsible for overseeing the daily operations within the department, managing compliance and regulatory issues and formulating and implementing strategic business initiatives.

Jennette joined Tomorrow’s Financial Services, Inc. in 2000 and serves as Vice President and Chief Compliance Officer for TFS Securities, Inc. In this capacity, Jennette is responsible for overseeing the daily operations within the department, managing compliance and regulatory issues and formulating and implementing strategic business initiatives.
Before her current role, Jennette was Director of Operations for TFS Securities, Inc. During the course of her 20-year tenure, Jennette has worked in all areas of the department, giving her an extensive working knowledge of all aspects of the business. You will frequently find her hosting webinars and speaking to large groups of advisors as new products, functionality and compliance requirements are introduced to the field.
She currently holds the Series 4, 7, 24, 27, 53, 63, 66, 79 and 99 Securities Licenses. Jennette’s leisure time is devoted to spending time with her husband, Todd, and their three sons.
John Moon
Senior Compliance & Operations Liaison
John was raised at the Jersey Shore with a passion for helping people and saving money. He received his Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting from William Paterson University. John also obtained a Masters degree from Monmouth University and is certified to teach Comprehensive Business. After graduation, John joined Tomorrow’s Financial Services, Inc. as a Wealth Management Associate in 1998.
John Moon

John was raised at the Jersey Shore with a passion for helping people and saving money. He received his Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting from William Paterson University. John also obtained a Masters degree from Monmouth University and is certified to teach Comprehensive Business. After graduation, John joined Tomorrow’s Financial Services, Inc. as a Wealth Management Associate in 1998. John has worked with many satisfied clients over the years and continues to assist with their financial needs.
John became a General Securities Principal of TFS Securities, Inc. and supported the firm with the transition to Pershing. John has served many functions within the broker-dealer, including operations, direct business, advertising, audits and compliance. John continues to supervise client accounts on the clearing platform and holds his Series 6, 7, 24 and 63 Securities Licenses. He is also a Life & Health Insurance Producer and Mortgage Loan Originator. John still resides at the shore with his family.
His main hobby is playing and listening to music. He also enjoys spending time with friends, going to the beach and baseball. John looks forward to working with his clients and all representatives as he builds long lasting relationships.
Theresa Nist

With 25 years of experience in the Securities Industry, Theresa holds the Series 4, 7, 24, 53, 63 and 65 Securities Licenses. Theresa began her career by trading her own account successfully, which gave her a great love of and appreciation for the markets. Theresa subsequently took key positions with Datek Online, Stifel Nicolaus and MetLife Securities, where she served as the manager of a large call center. When MetLife moved their headquarters to Charlotte, NC, Theresa was asked to relocate. Instead, she stayed just long enough to train everyone but wanted to remain in New Jersey. Theresa knew that this was the right decision once she found her home at TFS Securities, Inc. in March of 2016.

Theresa began her career by trading her own account successfully, which gave her a great love of and appreciation for the markets. At TFS Theresa is primarily responsible for the principal review and processing of Direct Business. She also responds to regulatory requests and creates new forms and announcements to the field when the need arises due to new regulatory oversight and has been instrumental in updating our Written Supervisory Procedures (WSPs). Theresa is also responsible for advertising review and approval. Moreover, Theresa created the TFS Knowledge Center for which she has produced numerous videos and documents to assist our representatives and advisors in the processing of their business.
Theresa understands how difficult it can be to navigate the many forms and procedures that are in place within our industry and wants to ensure the successful processing of requests the first time every time. She cares equally that our firm, our reps and our clients are treated fairly and that all issues are addressed timely.
Theresa loves to garden and is starting to get just a little bit better at golf, which may be dangerous for the other golfers. She also loves to read, watch movies and outdoor dining. Theresa lives in Shrewsbury and takes great advantage of living so close to the beach, with almost daily walks in the summertime. Theresa has two wonderful children, Tommy and Jen, and six amazing grandsons, Brandon, Brody, Braxton, Dempsey, Leo and Henry, each of whom she cannot get enough of!

Joe Cameron is a graduate of Richard Stockton College, where he earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Sociology. Before joining TFS Securities, Inc. in January of 2021, he spent 20 plus years working in the Transfer Agent Department of First Investors/Foresters Financial.
Joe brings to TFS a wealth of mutual fund supervisory experience including transfers, rollover processing, retirement plan establishment, record keeping, compliance and new retirement and non-retirement account business.

He believes in the power of teamwork and does not hesitate to assist in any manner necessary to get the job done. These traits have been passed onto him from his father, who never missed an opportunity to help a family member, friend or neighbor.
A resident of Middletown, NJ for more than 40 years, Joe is married to his wife, Marissa, and is the father to three daughters. He enjoys spending time with family, watching his daughters play sports and fishing. Joe has dedicated his time to Lunch Break, Ronald McDonald House and Elijah’s Promise.
